No matter how long ago you experience a C-Section type incision and for whatever reason, if you are experiencing discomfort, this C-Section Recovery programme will probably give you the freedom that you thought wasn’t possible again.

In the UK nearly 1/4 of births are via C-Section yet there is no real guidance on how to heal successfully from such a major procedure and successfully reconnect to the core never mind deal with the soft-tissue issues (adhesions and scar tissue) that arise from these types of procedures.

For many women who experience slow, poor or painful healing, the appearance of the tummy, and lack of ability to connect with it post C-Section is a huge concern. As a soft-tissue therapist and Women’s health and fitness coach I can help you.

Once you have clicked ‘enroll’ and booked your package you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to complete your thorough pre-screening form. You can then follow your link to book your first session.

At each session you will receive exercises, advice, education and massage, tailored to you. You will then receive video homework to complete between sessions and the equipment you need to do it, Each session last one hour.

This programme is dedicated to helping you understand what’s happened so you can start helping yourself be involved in your recovery.

The programme starts by getting the basics of posture and alignment improved and we add in graded exercises to get you back to fitness.

You are provided with all the exercise kit you need and a 28-page educational booklet to help you really understand the process and facts about Holistic restoration of Core function.
