A class with some lovely neck and shoulder releases, gentle releases and stretches to help you to slow down and relax.
Flexibility routine to lengthen muscles in the legs and back.
15 minutes of specific mobility exercises targeting the toes, ankles and calf muscles.
45 minutes of stretches for the neck and shoulders, upper and lower back, hips and legs. We start and finish with a short breathing exercise. Give yourself this time!
This is ideal if you have been sitting at a desk all day or want something to get you moving in the morning. Enjoy!
