30 mins interval class- dumbbells and/or exercise band is helpful for this class.

Some lovely wrist stretches and some strengthening and mobility exercises for your hips.
50 minutes of Pilates at a slower pace.
15 minutes of specific mobility exercises targeting the toes, ankles and calf muscles.
30 minute Hiit Class with focus on all areas of body. Sweat and strengthen! All levels.
45 minute Pilates class for all levels- focus on reducing stress, slowing down, and considering our posture.
